Dinner money is paid on Mondays for the week ahead. Please send the correct amount of money each week, with your child, in a named, sealed envelope, with your child’s name, class and the amount of money enclosed, written clearly on the front of the envelope. Teachers will collect this envelope from your child and send it to the office, where it will be opened and checked by the secretary and the finance officer. If you would prefer to pay for your child’s meals by cheque, please make it payable to Birmingham School Meals. Your cheque card number and your child’s name and class should be written clearly on the reverse. Termly or half termly payment is acceptable. Please contact the school office for details Children may choose to bring a packed lunch from home if they wish. All containers should be clearly labelled with your child’s name and flasks are discouraged. Your child’s lunch box should be a sensible size as storage facilities are very limited. All packed lunches should be brought to school with your child in the morning before school starts. Children may only change from a packed lunch to a school meal and vice versa at the beginning of each half term, unless special permission has been first obtained from the Headteacher.
